When an alert is created in the Digibee Integration Platform, it is set to disabled by default. In order for it to start monitoring and generating notifications, it must be manually enabled. Follow these steps to enable or disable an alert:

At the Platform home page, click on Monitor.
At the menu on top at the page, click on Alerts configuration.
You can also click on Settings and click on Alerts at the menu on the left.
Search the table for the alert you want to activate or deactivate.
Click the toggle switch under the Status column to activate or deactivate the alert. If the alert is activated, click the toggle switch to deactivate.
In the Alert Configuration tab, locate the alert you want to duplicate in the table.
Click the duplicate icon in the last column.
A new alert creation window opens with all the information for the alert you want to duplicate.
Click Save to duplicate the alert or Cancel to return to the previous page.
