How to solve login problems on the Digibee Integration Platform

When logging into the Digibee Integration Platform, problems may occur with the login. Below you can see the most common problems and how to solve them.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you must click on the Forgot your password? button and follow the instructions sent to you by email so you can log in to the Platform.

I forgot my realm or email address

If you have forgotten your realm or email address, please contact our support team by clicking on the question mark icon in the upper right corner of the login screen, or send us an email at support@digibee.com.

I entered the wrong credentials or two-factor verification code

If you have entered the wrong login credentials or two-factor verification code three times, you may not try to log in again for the next five minutes. After this period you can try again.

The number of failed attempts is added up regardless of the time between them. They will only be reset when you enter the correct credentials.

However, if you make two more attempts with the wrong data after the five minutes have elapsed, your login will be blocked for your own security and you will need to contact your CSM or the administrator of your account to unblock it through the Platform.

I was blocked by reCAPTCHA

reCAPTCHA is a Google resource that helps protect your account from being accessed by malicious means. If you are blocked by reCAPTCHA when you try to log in, you will receive a code in your email and must enter it in the required field on the login page.

If you enter the wrong code three times, you may not try to log in again for the next five minutes. After this period you can try again.

However, if you make two more attempts with the wrong data after the five minutes have elapsed, your login will be blocked for your own security and you will need to contact your CSM or the administrator of your account to unblock it.

I can’t log in with my Digibee credentials

If your realm is integrated, an access manager might have blocked logins with Digibee credentials. In this case, you will need to login using an Identity Provider (IdP).
