The purpose of this document is to establish the main information and differences between Digibee's Platform hosting formats: Public SaaS and Dedicated SaaS.

What is Public Saas?

Public SaaS is a type of hosting where the customer subscribes to the Digibee Integration Platform to run their pipelines, sharing the same platform, the infrastructure of most components, and available features.

The main characteristics of this type of hosting are:

• Each user account belongs to a single realm. No data can or is exchanged between the realms.

• Hosting is provided under the Digibee Integration Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

• Availability of both Test and Production environments.

• All security is managed by Digibee's security system.

• The cloud infrastructure is the responsibility of Digibee.

What is Dedicated Saas?

Dedicated SaaS is a hosting model where the customer purchases an environment on one of the major cloud providers of their choice and uses it to run their pipelines. While the customer pays for the infrastructure, Digibee installs and maintains the Digibee Integration Platform within the chosen cloud service, creating a subscription dedicated exclusively to that customer.

The main characteristics of this type of hosting are:

• Isolated environments for each customer.

• Hosting on Google Cloud, AWS or Azure, according to customer preferences.

• Availability of both Test and Production environments.

• Platform infrastructure management handled by Digibee.

When to opt for Dedicated Saas

Dedicated SaaS is ideal for organizations with unique controls that need to be highly private to meet specific corporate policies (such as regulatory standards and cyber-security requirements) without requiring customization.
