# Como resolver nomes sem DNS - REST, SOAP, SAP (web protocols)

Se você quiser resolver um nome - isto é, uma URL ou um *endpoint* - sem um DNS público em um componente específico, como **REST V2**, **SOAP V3**, **SAP** e outros dentro da categoria [Web Protocols](/documentation/connectors-and-triggers/pt-br/connectors/web-protocols.md), a Digibee Integration Platform tem uma funcionalidade que pode ajudar.

Este recurso permite mapear e redirecionar explicitamente um nome de *host* para um endereço IP interno ou externo. Você pode configurar quantos *hosts* precisar.

Para ativar a funcionalidade, siga esses passos:

1. Configure o realmParameter por ambiente (*Environment*). 
2. Envie a URL e IP para nosso time de suporte (pelo chat ou por email: <support@digibee.com>), de acordo com a sua necessidade. Você pode definir valores diferentes para cada ambiente da Digibee Integration Platform (TEST ou PROD).&#x20;
3. Terminada a configuração, selecione o componente que deseja utilizar e preencha o parâmetro URL no formulário de configuração.
