# How to delete an alert

Follow these steps to delete an alert:

1. At the Platform home page, click on **Monitor.**
2. At the menu on top at the page, click on **Alerts configuration**.&#x20;
   * You can also click on Settings and click on Alerts at the menu on the left.
3. Search the table for the alert you want to delete, or use the search bar.
4. Click on the **trash can** icon.
5. Click on **Delete** or Cancel to return to the previous page.&#x20;
